1. Who we are
UNHOOK is a brand of MB JB DIGITAL, a company registered in the Republic of Lithuania (European Union), legal entity code 308048427, registered office: Juostos g. 3, LT-29137 Anykščiai, Lithuania ("we", "us"). We sell digital self-improvement protocols (each, a "Protocol") through this website. Contact: info@tryunhook.com.
2. What you're buying
The Protocol is a digital product (downloadable and related digital materials) delivered immediately after payment. One-time payment, lifetime access for personal use. Prices shown at checkout are final and may vary based on promotional offers and your quiz answers.
3. Instant delivery. All sales final
By completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that the EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun. All sales are final.
This is the consent and acknowledgment required by EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)) for digital content delivered instantly.
4. Not medical or professional advice
The Protocol is a behavioral self-help program. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are struggling with addiction or your mental health, please seek qualified professional help.
5. No guarantee of results
Results described on this site reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your starting point, consistency, and effort. Every self-improvement effort carries the risk that it does not work for you.
6. Quiz and personalization
The quiz output (scores, estimates, projections) is an illustrative self-assessment based on your answers. It is not a diagnosis or a measurement of any medical condition.
7. License and acceptable use
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Protocol. You may print it for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share it.
8. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at info@tryunhook.com before initiating a dispute and we will sort it out quickly.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the Protocol. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from its "last updated" date. Material changes do not affect purchases already made.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes go to the competent courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
